Consulting chef Ken Oringer’s new menu features world-class ingredients such as Wagyu, Kobe and grass-fed beef; Kurobuto pork; King salmon; and Dover sole. An extensive wine list and selection of “not-your-average” sides compliment each dish and are influenced daily by the best ingredients from local farmers. KO Prime will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a full bar menu and creative cocktail list.
